Greene, Inc. was awarded a 3 year CARF Accreditation in 2005 with no recommendations. In the award letter from CARF President, Brian Boon, PhD, stated "This is an extraordinary accomplishment, as only 3% of CARF surveys result in no recommendations more on CARF."

In addition to outstanding compliance with the accreditation standards, Greene, Inc. received a number of "Exemplary" practices to acknowledge its adherence to best practice standards. CARF is an international accreditation commission that accredits 25,000 rehabilitation organizations in the United States, Canada, and the world.
